Feedback on amendments to the Crown Land Management Amendment (Statutory Review) Bill 2026

The New South Wales Government has invited feedback from Aboriginal Land Councils on proposed amendments to section 5.20B of the Crown Land Management (Statutory Review) Bill 2026.

This feedback form has been designed to allow Aboriginal Land Councils to comment on each proposed amendment, as well as provide general feedback.

Details of the proposed amendments are outlined in the supporting fact sheet.

How will this feedback be used?

Feedback provided by 17 July 2026 will help inform if any additional changes should be made to the proposed amendments prior to the Bill progressing in Parliament.
