Future of Parramatta North feedback

The NSW Government welcomes your feedback on the rezoning application for Parramatta North which is now on public exhibition.

Feedback provided through this form is valuable and will be used by Property and Development NSW to gauge community sentiment and will be shared with the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) to support the finalisation of the rezoning application, however, is not considered a formal submission.

About Parramatta North

Parramatta North is a significant, whole of government precinct that will unlock underutilised government land and building assets and deliver a diversity of education, research, commercial, cultural and residential outcomes.

Forty-two (42) hectares of underutilised, predominantly government owned land, will be transformed in phases over the next 30 years, to become a collection of thriving neighbourhoods seamlessly connected by green corridors and public open spaces.

Community feedback is used to foster an understanding of opinions, experiences, ambitions and expectations for the future of Parramatta North, helping to inform and shape the final masterplan. We encourage anyone with an interest in Parramatta North to have their say during public exhibition.

All rezoning application reports are available to view during the exhibition period on the NSW Planning Portal where you can also provide a formal submission for consideration on the draft plans.
