The data is stored in NSW for 5 years and users manage data under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose your personal information to anybody else unless you have given your consent or we are required to do so by law. Eligibility

To be eligible for this program you must be a landholder in the Murray–Darling Basin and have an eligible compliant meter that can be fitted with telemetry.

Which of the following applies to you?

I hold a water access licence within the NSW Murray–Darling Basin. I am a licensed floodplain harvesting user within the NSW Murray–Darling Basin.None of the above.

Not eligible for free installation

Based on your response, licensed floodplain harvesting users are not eligible for the free installation pathway under the Telemetry Uplift Program.

You may still be eligible to receive a cashback payment if you arrange your own telemetry installation and meet the program requirements.

Not eligible for the Telemetry Uplift Program

Based on your response, you do not appear to meet the eligibility requirements for the Telemetry Uplift Program.

To be eligible, you must be a water user within the NSW Murray–Darling Basin and meet the program's applicable eligibility requirements.
