Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our stakeholder management system is compliant with NSW Government’s information security requirements. The data is stored in NSW for 5 years and users manage data under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose your personal information to anybody else unless you have given your consent or we are required to do so by law. Find more information on how the department complies with the Privacy requirements.













To be eligible for this program water users must:
  • Hold a groundwater entitlement of 100 megalitres or greater and/or 
  • Have used 100 megalitres or more in a single year within the past 3 years
  • Have an existing compatible meter installed but do not yet have telemetry


Unfortunately you are not eligible for the program. Please email the project team for more information.
