As this is intended to be a community consultation and is not a competition, you acknowledge and agree that the NSW Government is seeking naming suggestions only and is under no obligation to select, adopt or otherwise use any idea or submission. By making a submission, you grant the NSW Government a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide royalty free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or otherwise deal with the submission for any purpose. You further acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any payment, prize, royalty, compensation, attribution or other benefit in connection with your idea, regardless of whether it is considered, shortlisted, adopted or used by the NSW Government.
