Upload copy of public liability insurance ($20 million)

Upload a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (from NSW Fair Trading) and minutes showing elected office bearers

Upload a recent ASIC company search (no older than 12 months) which lists the company officeholders (directors and secretaries) and authorised signatories

Upload either a statement of environmental effects or an approved Part 5 assessment.

Upload more information relating to any currently appointed directors and/or company secretaries registered as banned & disqualified individuals with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) bankruptcy

Upload more information relating to affiliated entities, ever entered into voluntary administration, receivership, liquidation or insolvency

Upload more information relating to currently appointed directors and/or company secretaries even been disqualified from managing corporations under Part 2d.6 of the Corporations Act 2001

Upload more information relating to any declared bankrupt or sought protection from any bankruptcy laws

Upload more information relating to your conviction anywhere in Australia or overseas of an offence that resulted in at least 12 months imprisonment
