Before you get started
The NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust buys and sells conservation properties through our revolving fund. All properties are sold with an in-perpetuity conservation agreement on part(s) or all of the property.
If you are interested in purchasing a rural property with conservation values anywhere in NSW and none of our properties listed for sale suit your specific needs, please register your interest in purchasing a conservation property from us. We will contact you as soon as we list a new property that meets your requirements.
