Important information for landholders

How your EOI will be assessed

  • Depending on your property's location, your EOI may be assessed immediately, or may be assessed in a group with others (see for timeline)
  • EOIs will be prioritised for assessment if levels of interest in Conservation Partners Agreements exceeds our capacity to progress EOIs and establish agreements
  • EOIs that are not successfully prioritised can be resubmitted in the future

Before you get started

To submit an expression of interest, we recommend you have:

  • the property owner's name, as registered on the property's title.
  • the ABN or ACN and business name of the property (if applicable)
  • the size of your proposed conservation area (in hectares)
  • the Lot and DP number of your proposed conservation area – you can find this on your Council Rates Notice, normally under the heading Property Location and Description
  • read the Landholder Guide for full landholder guide and site eligibility

A separate expression of interest is required for each property or for each parcel of land that is owned by separate legal entities. We reserve the right to limit site assessments for properties owned by the same legal entity.

After completing and submitting this form, you will receive an email inviting you to map your proposed conservation area via a supplied online link, personal to you. Please open it and map your area boundaries as soon as possible.
