Before you get started
The NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust (BCT) buys and sells conservation properties through our revolving fund.

If you are considering selling your rural NSW property and it contains conservation values, please register your interest in selling to us by completing this form. The information provided allows us to undertake an initial assessment of your property to determine suitability as a potential acquisition target. Registering your interest to sell does not commit or obligate you to sell, nor does it commit obligate us to buy.

Click here for detailed Information for property sellers and real estate agents.

We recommend you have the following available:
  • The property owner's name, as registered on the property's title
  • The Lot and DP number of the property – you can find this on your Council Rates Notice, normally under the heading Property Location and Description
  • Environmental assessments or information relevant to the property (if applicable)
Expressions of interest (EOI) will only be accepted when completed by the registered owner of the property, or their authorised representative – with written authorisation to act on behalf of the registered owner attached to this EOI form.
Please email your application to properties@bct.nsw.gov.au or mail it to:
