Expression of interest

Please complete the form to express your interest in participating in the Pattern Book Design Competition.

The competition seeks designs for a best practice terrace and mid-rise apartment building for the 21st century.

You must include your personal or team capability, portfolio of relevant work and complete a methodology and task appreciation statement, in accordance with the competition expression of interest brief (PDF, 3.2 MB).

All information must be completed to be eligible to move to the next phase of the competition.

The fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory and must be completed in order to submit the form.

Note: For professional architects, if you are not a registered architect, you are not eligible to submit an EOI. For more information on registration in NSW, visit the Architects Registration Board.

All information collected will be held by Government Architect NSW (GANSW) within the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI). The information will be used in the selection of shortlisted participants for Stage 2 of the NSW Housing Pattern Book Design Competition. The information may also be used for media and external communication purposes by DPHI. The information will not be shared with any other third party except where required by law, and all information provided will be managed in accordance with provisions of the department’s privacy management plan, policies and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.

You may have to provide personal information about other people (such as the designer’s or developer’s name or contact details). Before you provide this information, you must obtain their consent to provide this personal information and for it to be managed (as relevant) in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
