Alpine resorts enquiry

This form is used to make an enquiry or request a pre-lodgement meeting regarding development in the Alpine region. The Department's Alpine Resorts Team can give advice on:

planning controls and policies applying to development
whether your proposal is permissible and likely to require formal approval or can be done without consent (exempt)
the controls applying to your property (for example, whether your property is heritage-listed)
the process for applying for approval to carry out the work.

The Department aims to provide a written response to enquiries within 5 working days.
