NSW council officers are invited to register interest for two key engagement sessions, following the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure's establishment of the AI Solutions Panel and the associated Early Adopter Grant Program.

These sessions will support councils to engage with suppliers on the AI Solutions Panel and to prepare their grant application. A member of the AI in NSW Planning team will issue a registration link and further details after form submission.

AI Solutions Panel Product Showcase: Friday 3 May 2024, 10.30 am to 12 noon (virtual)

Targeted at council planning and IT officers to learn about the products available on the AI Solutions Panel and ask questions to Panel suppliers

Contracting framework training session: Tuesday 7 May 2024, 11 am to 12 noon (virtual)

Targeted at council procurement and/or legal teams to learn how to procure from the AI Solutions Panel using an ICT Agreement
To be eligible for grant funding, councils must commit to engaging an identified supplier from the AI Solutions Panel using the MICTA/ICTA contracting framework.
